Slindile Ndlela starts by sharing her profession as an Employee Relations Manager, she than goes on to speak more on what her job entails. Slindile Ndlela went on to say she studied a Bcom in Industrial Psychology at the University of Zululand and did her honors in Industrial Psychology at The North West University, her first job as an employee relations consultant, getting an internship, the characteristics her line of work requires, being the custodian between the employee and employer.
