Engine not starting on second generation GMC Terrain SUV? Are you suspecting failed starter? Clicking noise? Make sure to check starter fuses and relays before you decide to invest and replace the starter ( 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | SLE | SLT | DENALI | 1.5L | 2.0L ).
All starter fuses and relays are located in the main fuse box which is under the front hood, in front of the battery.
You will be checking Fuses F1 and F2 (30A and 40A) and Relays K1 and K5.
Best way to test the relays is using multimeter.
If all fuses and relays are good then you will have look towards testing and possibly replacing the starter itself.
