Hey guys, I'm glad to invite again my friend Pierre Cussac on accordion. We've just played.a gig playing a lot of swing, tango, java, musette, lot of fun ! He came last time to record a valse from Gus Viseur (le bal du Ptit jardin : AS139), and we've decided to play Les Deux Guitares today. I always thought it was a traditional song, but after a bit of research, the song was apparently composed around 1857 by Ivan Vasiliev.
I'm playing a 1936 Gibson L12, strung with Thomastik nickel round wound strings gauge 14. Pierre is playing a Fisart accordion form 2009. The sound is recorded with both a Neumann TLM 103 and a Bluebird Microphone.
