Breakfast of champsions: a crispy feta egg

Cook time: 5 minutes
Special tools: Nice no- stick pan
Ingredients:
2 oz feta cheese crumbled
3 oz ground lamb
1 slice baguette
1 farm fresh egg
1/2 tablespoon chili crisp
Method:
1.In a medium low heat, non-stick pan add feta cheese in a 4 inch circle with a little well in the middle.Let cook for a couple minutes before adding your egg.
2.Add a thin layer of ground lamb onto your baguette, season and sear at medium high heat. When it’s almost cooked through, give it a flip and crisp up the other side.
3.Cover your sunny egg for 30 seconds and remove onto a plate over the lamb crusted baguette.
4. Top with chili crisp and serve.
