BIOGRAPHY
After many years DJing, playing house, techno and electro, it wasn’t until Ian O’Donovan moved to Australia in the mid 2000’s that he began to create his own tracks, teaching himself production techniques and developing his sound.
On returning to Ireland in 2009, he decided to focus on making music seriously. Since bursting onto the scene in 2010 with huge support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, John Digweed and Dave Clarke, Ian O'Donovan has forged a unique sound within the techno and house scene. With a nod to the past and modern production, his melodic sound has found homes on iconic labels such as KMS, Bedrock and Tronic, remixing classics like Inner City's 'Good Life' and collaborating with John Digweed along with many solo releases on top underground labels.
Ian continues to DJ around the world gaining fans with his trademark sound and versatile DJ sets.
