Non-resident Indian (NRI) billionaire Bob Dhillon recently was in India with Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper as part of the Canadian trade delegation. Though he is based in Canada, he has planned huge investments in Indian real estate sector in the tier two and tier three cities. He has planned to create a township project near Chandigarh for which he has approached Haryana government. He already has a wish list of the expected reforms in the Indian realty sector in near future and the relaxation of FDI rules is on top of it, as shared with Jasleen Kaur during his visit to India.
