For the fight against the Ntropies you start off having to do some platforming while avoiding their laser. Focus on traversing from one platform to the other while using the masks’ ability. You’ll have enough time to avoid the laser before it’s fully charged.

When you start off the next phase there is no need to rush. You won’t get hit from this area as long as you don’t destroy the spinning devices where the laser is attached to. Use the Gravity Mask to switch between the floor and the ceiling. What I found was easiest to do is stay on the ground level and jump over the spheres and use the Mask whenever I needed to destroy the machines on the ceiling.

When the male N Tropy starts chasing you, immediately run to the right. Use the mask again to switch between sides. When the female N tropy chases you, go left. The spheres here are a bit easier to avoid. Remember that they disappear when they hit the devices, so consider that when maneuvering between the floor and ceiling.
