Immediate loading and Fast-tracking implantology
I love this protocol. I’ve been doing it for 5 years and works consistently. I don’t see myself going back to doing conventional implantology for full arches.
The technique is fast, accurate and keeps the patient comfortable throughout the healing phase and during the fabrication of the definitive prosthesis.
The entire case was completed in 2 appointments.
1. Extractions, implant placements, impression and tentative Jaw relation record.
2. After 2 days delivery of upper screw retained metal reinforced restoration. Occlusal adjustments done to achieve uniform contacts across the arch.
3. After 3 months in ‘Fast tracking protocol’. Provisionals will be mounted on articulator against lower cast using new interocclusal record. Articulator can be sent to the lab. Provisional goes back into patient’s mouth.
4. Final prosthesis delivery.
