I started the program with a bench max of 225lbs, and ended with a max of 280lbs; +55lbs. Thanks Jonnie.
My bench press is usually the lift that shows the least progression; that is until I started Jonnie Candito's 6 Week Strength Program. This is one of the three programs that Jonnie Candito offers on his website for free. You put in your maxes, and the program gives you day by day, lift by lift guidance on what to do. Jonnie has also written an extensive overview of the program that you can download as well.
My bodyweight during the program and video was 184lbs - 187lbs. The supplements that I took consisted of ON Whey Protein, ON Micronized Creatine Powder, and ON Glutamine Power. I also followed a strict cautious bulking macro program from www.iifym.com
