Fortunately, Isabela City Tourism awarded us 3rd place for vlobela competition during the Sakayan Festival 2021. I'm happy I won but I'm happier that Isabela de Basilan will be promoted in the Philippines and around the world. And more tourists become aware of the beauty and bounty of our place can offer them.
