Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, Nov 19 (ANI): Normalcy returned in the Kashmir Valley today after 133 days of tensions. Shops, offices and business establishments were reopened and public transport resumed after separatists called off the strike for the weekend. The region was gripped in tension since July 8 after the army gunned down Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.
