Adraki Aalu Gobhi Sabzi:
Ingredients:
Cayuliflower ½ kg
Potatoes 400gm
Boil peas ¾ cup
Chopped onion 1
Chapped ginger garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt, pepper. turmeric as required
All spice 1tsp
Oil ¾ cup
Tomatoes boil 2-3
Coriander as required
Green chilies chopped as required
Asofitida as required
Stew Qeema:
Ingredients:
Beef mince 400gm
Onion (sliced) 300gm
Chopped tomato 2
Yogurt 1/2cup
Whole red chili 8-10
Ginger sliced 1tbsp
Chopped garlic 1tbsp
Salt as required
Whole all spice 1tbsp
Green chilies 5-6
Oil 3/4cup
Method:
Coleslaw Pasta Salad:
Ingredients for salad
Boiled pasta 1cup
Cabbage sliced ¾ cup
Carrot sliced ½ cup
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Corn ½ cup
For dressing
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream 4tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Salt as required
Worcestershire sauce 1tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Method
Mix all the salad ingredients, now mix the dressing and serve.
Baingan Ka Raita:
Ingredients:
Brinjal 2
Yogurt 250 gram
Oil ½ cup
Crushed cumin ¾ tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
For oil tempering:
Whole red chilies 3-4
Oil 2 tbsp
White cumin ½ tsp
Curry leaves 3-4
Method:
Beat yogurt add salt, cumin, mint leaves and green chili paste. Now cut brinjal in round and fry in oil. Then set them in dish and pour beaten yogurt on it. Now heat oil add whole red chili, white cumin and curry leaves mix and pour on raita.
