Starting this session with deep relaxation, releasing any tension and stress from your body. Allowing your breath to encapsulate any worry, fear or doubt and release it. Then allow the cognitive reprogramming to positively influence your mind and energy by carving new pathways in your brain and connections in your body that are in alignment with the truth of inner peace, abundance, love, and creation. Allow the vibrations to adjust your frequency while your sleep.

The words 'I AM" have potent and reality changing frequencies. Whatever feelings or intentions you put after the words I AM will create your reality. You have been doing it your whole life. It is time to take control of this subconscious programming and align yourself with PEACE and CALM.
