We will rent a pontoon boat at the State Park Marina, tour the State Fish Hatchery, check out the Showboat Branson Belle and discover the amenities at the Table Rock State park. Today on Lake Life, we are going to explore beautiful Table Rock Lake, check out the boat rentals at the State park Marina, and we’ll take a sunset cruise on the Spirit of America, we’ll visit the Shepard of the hills fish hatchery and take a quick look at some of the other fantastic vacation destinations near Branson Missouri.
The Table Rock Lake region has so much to see and do there is simply no way to fit it all in one video, so today we are going to explore the area located close to the Dewy Short Visitors center located at the hydroelectric dam.
Silver Dollar City is a great family attraction, the park is designed to resemble an 1800’s village and it is packed with rides and shows, you can board an authentic steam train, shoot water cannons at unsuspecting passersby, or help prisoners escape from a flooded mine, you may choose to take the plunge on one of many water rides or roller coasters throughout the park. Be sure to block out a full day for extreme family fun at Silver Dollar City.
You can spend some quality time with your kids on the 76 strip. It just wouldn’t be a tourist town if there weren’t some great miniature golf courses. Maybe you’ll feel the need to perfect your special technique to try for a hole in one. There are also go karts, arcades, Zip lining and a 150 ft tall Farris wheel that puts on a light show every hour on the hour.
About a mile down the road is the entrance to the Table Rock State Park, There are camp sites for your RV or you can pitch a tent. They do have showers and restrooms throughout the park too. There are walking trails so you can take in some fresh air or go for a morning jog.
If you have your own boat, you can launch it from the public boat ramp, if you are staying at the campground the sunsets from the launch area are amazing, there are some benches and restrooms there so you can stay for a while...
