Ingredients:
Mix minced pork:
Minced pork 200g
Chinese cabbage 180g
Spring onion 12g
Ginger 3g
Egg 1piece
Oil 2 tea spoon
Salt 1/3 tea spoon
Oyster oil 1/3 tea spoon
Cooking wine 1/3 tea spoon
Sugar tiny pinch
Light soysauce 1/2 tea spoon
Cooking wine 1/2 tea spoon
Chinese dumpling filling spice/Chinese 5 flavour spice 3g (you can find it in all Chinese supermarket)
Chinese cabbage 180g
*This amount of dumpling filling equals to dumpling wrap (250g flour+120 water) around 30 piece of dumpling. this amount is enough for 2 adults.See detail in another of my video.
*This time my cabbage seems quite dry, therefor I add them directly to minced meat. When Chinese cabbage is juicy and fresh, it needs to be washed out with salt before add into minced meat.
* Dumplings with meat go very well with beer :-) this is classic Chinese way eating dumpling
