Chef Christophe Hardiquest is modernizing traditional Belgian food at his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Bon Bon in Brussels. The restaurant is located inside a charming old house a little bit outside the city center. Chef Hardiquest is very proud of his Belgian roots and wants to showcase the produce from his country as much as possible on his menu, not only because it's sustainable but also because, "Why would you travel to Belgium to eat something you could eat anywhere in the world?"
