After doing a lot of research on this exact circuit figured out what exactly I need to do to turn the ne556 IC into a pulse width oscillator with a pulse width modulation potentiometer and frequency modulation potentiometer. It sounds pretty annoying as is because it's an oscillator and oscillators are kind of annoying sounding but it's the first step to building an entire Synthesizer.
