In this short video, Matt shows you how to clean the printhead of an Epson Stylus SX425W. This is essential knowledge for resolving almost any print quality issue with your printer, from missing colours to striped prints, we recommend doing this first.
Cleaning in this way does use up black, cyan, magenta and yellow ink within your installed T1291-T1294 ink cartridges, so be sure to use this function of your Epson Stylus SX425W printer sparingly.
We have used an Epson Stylus SX425W in this video, but this process remains identical for many other printers, like the SX420W and NX420.
