This is an updated tutorial on How to Use Live Chat Help on Amazon to contact customer service live. If you shop on Amazon and need to get help, one of the best ways I’ve found is to use the online live chat help service.
It’s easy to use and I’ve always had a good experience using this help option. I had created an older tutorial and since then Amazon made some changes to their platform, so I created this updated tutorial. To use the live chat help on Amazon, follow these steps:
(1) click on the link below and log into your Amazon account; (2) click on the hamburger icon in the top-left corner; (3) from the pop-up (in the left-side panel) scroll down to the HELP & SETTINGS section; (4) choose Customer Service; (5) you will see several options; click on the option that reads “Something Else”; (6) click on “Need More Help”; (7) in the Live Chat option, click on “Start Chatting Now”; (8) this will open up a pop-up dialog box through which you can chat with a live customer service rep from Amazon.
Note that before you get to the option to speak to a live rep, you may get some self-serve options. Once you’re done chatting, click the “End Chat” button.
Hope this helps, if you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments section. Also, feel free to check more Amazon tutorials below as well as get a free one-month trial of Amazon Prime.
NOTE: Amazon has made changes to the website to get in touch with customer service via live chat, so I created another video for those who are using the Amazon Canada website: [ Ссылка ]
