Grocery List
650 ml Milk
400 grams Mangoes, cut into cubes
180 grams Sugar
10 grams Gelatin
Directions
Add 10 tbsp milk to gelatin and mix. Set aside for a few minutes until it swells.
Heat a saucepan over low heat. Add milk and 100 grams of sugar. Warm the milk. Make sure the milk does not boil.
Add the gelatin milk mixture and stir continuously till it dissolves.
Remove from heat and pour the milk into individual glass cups. Let it cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
To prepare the mango purée, combine mangoes and 80 grams of sugar. Melt the sugar and continue cooking till mangoes are soft.
Purée the mangoes using a hand blender.
Pour the mango purée over the pudding. Chill and serve.
