Namakkal (Tamil Nadu), Oct 09 (ANI): Giant swathes of toxic froth up to 15 feet in height were seen spewing across the roads in Thirumanimutharu River in Tamil Nadu’s Namakkal district. Dying industries around Salem release their untreated effluents into the river. Continuous unchecked release of effluents mixed with water has caused such a situation.
