The High Court on Monday heard the testimony of Gitahi Kabiru, the brother of slain former television journalist Wambui Kabiru, who recounted his conversation with journalist Moses Dola, who is accused of Wambui Kabiru's murder. Gitahi told of the conversation which they had moments before the news reached him, that his sister had been murdered. The High Court has also summoned the officer in charge of the Nairobi Remand Prison, Industrial Area, to respond to allegations that Dola has been tortured while at the Remand Prison.
