The Greater Toronto Area was hit with a winter wallop on Monday, Jan. 29, 2019, creating transportation delays and traffic chaos well into the Tuesday morning commute.
Ontario Provincial Police said there were around 300 crashes on highways in the GTA in the past 24 hours.
