Hello all !!!! Today we will be making simple dry vegetable with amaranth leaves / red chavali/ lalmath leaves. This is a very healthy leafy vegetable which is much loved eating with plain rice. This leafy vegetable is available all the year, but the best ones and seasonal time is starting of Summer season. Try this simple way of making this leafy vegetable and have it with plain rice. Lalmath Ki sukhi sabji / Amaranth leaves dry vegetable / Lal chavali ki Sabji.
Ingredients:-
1/2 bunch of fresh Amaranth Leaves/ Lalmath leaves
4 Garlic Cloves Chopped finely
1 chopped green chilli
1 Big Onion Chopped finely
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste.
2 Tspn Oil
Method:-

Tips:-
1)Dont overcook the amaranth leaves as it will turn blackish if cooked more and will loose essential properties.
2) Also dont cook onions much , juicy onions along with lalmath leaves release water tastes very good.
