How do I fix my Huawei installation failed?

Solution: Press and hold the Power button to forcibly restart the phone and try again. Use a USB cable to connect your phone to a computer. Press and hold the Volume up and Power buttons for about 15s to enter eRecovery mode. Touch Download latest version and recovery, and then Download and recovery.

Another solution.. Switch off your phone. Press the “Power” button, “Home” button, and “Volume Up” button simultaneously to enter the Android Recovery Menu. Now, you can use the “Volume Up” and “Volume Down” buttons to scroll through the options and locate the one that says “wipe data/factory reset”.
