Welcome to World of Warcraft how to get the reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent! This is a rare mount which drops from the raid Mogu'shan Vaults which is located in the summit in Pandaria. The mount drops on any raid setting and has a drop chance of only 1.2% so don't get disheartened if it takes a while! Seeing as this is a raid you can only attempt it once per week on each of your toons.
There's a NO chance you'll get this with your extra roll from Elder Charm of Good Fortune! Which is a shame ;3
