The world says turn inward, compromise, conform. God says be strong and courageous. To endure even the greatest of challenges, knowing where our source of strength comes from. We're made for a reality and purpose that far exceeds our wildest dreams. And there's perhaps no better example of this to glean from, than the life of Jeremiah.
Tune in to our CCV Online church experience streaming from Phoenix Arizona and hear from CCV's Teaching Pastor, Mark Moore as he dives into the Book of Jeremiah and how God calls us to deal with disappointment. In Jeremiah 18, God called Jeremiah to go to the Potter’s House. Little did he know, but God wanted to speak to him through the art of pottery and shaping clay. By going to the potter’s house, he learned about the process. In order to get to the product we want, we have to endure the process. You have to trust it. This is not a season, this is your life and the process of God doing a work in you so He can to a work through you. God is more concerned about who you are rather than what you do. Next time you feel as if you are struggling to make it through the process, know that the Lord has bigger plans.
