The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) has approved oral fluid drug testing for DOT-regulated employers. Oral fluid DOT drug testing is not expected to begin until early 2024. This DOT drug testing update will include testing for FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, USCG and PHMSA agencies. Us Drug Test Centers will continue to provide updated videos as more information becomes available from the DOT, regarding oral fluid drug screening.
