Notes & Tips:
Paint all board planks at once so you don't have to go back and try to make more boards and match previous paint color schemes. We used 4 colors. Don't try to be perfect. Don't precut all boards. Do a row at a time and make boards random lengths. Don't over sand because some imperfections bring out character. Try to place boards randomly, but remember random means that sometimes the same colored boards might be stacked together. Start from the bottom and work your way up so bottom boards support boards on top. Liquid nails is the easiest method to adhering boards to the wall but it is quite permanent, however, if you put several holes in your wall with nails that too is permanent. So we opted for Liquid Nails!

ANYONE CAN DO THIS!....In this video I discuss how to make a pallet wall. A pallet wall is a fun project that involves covering a wall with random rustic distressed boards. This gives a room a really unique look. We have a canal home with a beach theme and wanted to have the wall compliment our colors used throughout the home.
