A complimentary drink was provided upon arrival, before you are checked-in, which was really needed! 😂😂. Check-in was pretty quick (1.5 minutes approximately) and while we were finishing our drinks our bags & luggage were delivered to our room. Our double room had the following amenities - mini fridge, hair dryer and daily restocking of: coffee, tea, Sprite, Coke, shampoo, lotion & shower gel.
They were very professional, courteous and prompt! Very customer focused. For example: I made a call to the front desk to report a squeaky pantry door. It was repaired within 1 hour.
We were also luck enough to get a double room instead of a twin room (our official booking) without any additional costs.
