following documents are required for registration in IREPS e-auction sale:
Class-III digital signature certificate in the firm's name.
Net banking single user account with State Bank of India.
Affidavit duly notarized on stamp paper of requisite value.
Request letter on the firm's letter pad.
One-time registration fee of Rs. 10,000.
The affidavit should state that the bidder is a bona fide person/firm and has not been blacklisted by the Indian Railways. It should also state that the bidder has read and understood the IREPS e-auction rules and regulations and agrees to abide by them.
