Recently our Brazilian Jiujitsu team went to Georgetown and competed against some super tough competition.

The format of the BJJ competition was a sub only in no gi.

We've posted the matches to show the wins, losses and draws that happened during the matches.

We're very proud of all of our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu students and their performances.

Overall that day we went 7-2-3. 7 Submissions, 2 losses and 3 draws.

Draws were awarded when someone wasn't finished.

Derby City MMA in Louisville, Ky is home to the areas most active Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competition team.

But our team isn't just about competitions. It's about a strong community. Competitors and non competitors alike. We have people training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at our Louisville gym from every age and gender.
