I am Brooke Tannehill and today I am going to show you how I made this St. Patrick''s Day Tumbler with a full waterslide wrap, foils, glitter, and Heat Transfer Vinyl aka HTV. I first saw HTV used on a tumbler by my girl Cathy Johnson with the Rustic Pixie and thought that it was an amazing idea because HTV is easier to get lined up and put in place than traditional adhesive vinyl.
