(21 Feb 2020) BTS FANS BRAVE CHILLY OVERNIGHT LINE UPS TO SEE BTS ON 'TODAY'
Teenage fans of BTS have been camping out to see the South Korean boyband sensation on the TODAY Plaza in New York, Friday (21 FEBRUARY 2020), where they are due to be interviewed for the NBC network's popular American breakfast show.
Among them, 14-year-old Anais Walker, who held her place for two chilly New York nights and days.
"I'm first!" she said Thursday afternoon.
Another BTS fan, Ella Tang, also 14, explained what the fuss is all about.
"BTS's music touches me by the story behind it," Tang said. "They have some songs about, like, depression, suicidal, to 'Love Yourself' and stuff like that."
BTS will only be interviewed this morning, which is highly unusual for "TODAY" musical guests, who usually follow their interviews with live performances.
