This talk will explore how scalability, integrity and resilience was embedded into a data platform design upfront to unlock value through multiple use cases and customer journeys. It goes on to demonstrate how a modern data platform can be instrumental in unlocking a far-reaching impact across tens of thousands of tenants enabling a step change in organisation's operational efficiency, winning the Board support for further initiatives and maturing the organisation’s data culture along the way. Design patterns that ensured the data platform could deliver value at scale for one of the biggest housing providers in the UK will be shared.
