In a major setback to RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Supreme Court allowed the CBI plea by the Central Bureau of India (CBI) opposing dropping of charges by Jharkhand High Court in the fodder scam case. He will now have to face a separate trial. The Supreme Court also ordered trial court to complete the trial within 9 months
