We head a few hours up North of Perth Western Australia to hunt for Dhufish, Breaksea Cod and Samson fish. We find some good country with plenty of fish and battle with some not so clean water. We score fish early and enjoy a Breaksea Cod Ceviche style for lunch before we dive in again to score more fish. Ceviche is made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citric juices which is explained in detail and enjoyed out at sea. Cracking day. Cheers for watching.
