These are the easiest cookies to make.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup melted chocolate chips for half the cookie dough
Stir together peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla till smooth.
Divide 1/2 cookie dough place in a small bowl
Combine melted chocolate and 1/2 cookie dough till all smooth.
Roll a 1" ball of the peanut butter dough and place it on a ungreased cookie pan. Roll a 1" ball of the chocolate cookie dough in your hand. Place the chocolate ball on top of the other. With a spoon press down on the cookie. Place cookies 1" apart on pan. There will be two layers
Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes depending
Makes 30 cookies
