Welcome to my channel! We are back with yet another healthy recipe from Colors workshop!
Today we are making a tasty fry with Moringa leaves and Eggs. As yummy as it sounds it is very healthy and super duper tasty too.
Moringa contains some of the healthy nutrients

Thiamine
Folate
Calcium
Potassium
Phosphorus
Zinc
Magnesium
Antioxidants
Reduces cholesterol
lowers blood sugar
Helps reduce inflammation
Protects against arsenic
