Vault 95:

So this vault is occupied by the gunners when we arrive, and is located at the edge of the glowing sea. We come here for the Benign Intervention quest with Cait. As we progress through it, we learn the truth. Vault 95 was a vault of rehabilitation. No drug use was allowed, with the goal to prove their hypothesis that, given no alternative, people would become clean. However it has another purpose. On the 5 year anniversary of Vault 95, a secret cache of chems was to be opened. Well things went downhill quickly after that happened. How much? Well you'll have to watch to find out. Also, we find the Big Guns Bobblehead.
