Manchester United face an anxious wait to discover the extent of the head injury suffered by Eric Bailly on international duty.The centre-half went down in a heap following a nasty clash of heads during the second-half of Ivory Coast's 3-0 win against Rwanda.There were reports a team-mate had to open his mouth to check if he had not swallowed his tongue. After treatment the 24-year-old defender was able to get to his feet, but was replaced by Ismael Traore as a precaution.Bailly had earlier scored the second goal with a header in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday night. Bailly has been enduring a difficult season at Old Trafford and has played in just 17 games this season.He fell out of favour with former Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho, but he has not been given a lifeline by caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
