The quest to build a Belt Grinder from scraps continue! This is the short version of part 2, and the full length video can be seen on my channel so be sure to check that out.
I try to use material I have laying around as much possible and some junk straight up junk parts are being used. In this second part I build front plate that the rolls will be attached to, I design and 3D-print the rolls and I assemble them with the front plate together with a hinge that will let me adjust the position of the belt. I also build a table that can be adjusted in the length of the front fork and up and down.
It's a fun project that allows me to learn a lot more about welding and general metalworking.
