RECIPE (3 servings, 25min prep time):
-1 block (200g) firm tofu, crumbled
-1 small onion, grated
-2 cloves garlic, grated
-a big handful parsley, chopped
-a big handful mint, chopped
-3 proper Tbsp tomato sauce
-6 Tbsp flour (chickpea flour for the gf version)
-salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Mash and combine.
Shape into 8-10balls.
Fry in oil until golden brown
