Bihar: The floods continue to wreak havoc as they now enter new districts. More than 10 lakh people have been affected by this flood. Darbhanga is the worst-hit district has seen 9 lakh people being relocated or displaced from their home. Supaul, Muzaffarpur and Gopalganj also badly affected. 17 NDRF teams and 8 SDRF teams have been deployed in the State.

Shyam Sundar says, Floodwaters have entered police station where FIR is being filed under the trees. Snakes have also entered the police station. The drives are flowing over the danger mark and this has caused immense mayhem. All equipment and bikes have been damaged. The cops complain that no boat is given for their rescue and they had to rent one by paying from their own pockets. No help has been seen from Bihar Govt.
