@smokeandpepperldn is fully halal quaint spot with a constant buzz, that I’ve been meaning to visit for months—a seriously upgraded fast-food gem with positive and mixed reviews, so let’s get into my experience.

FRIED WINGS + STRIPS:
The wings, while achieving commendable crispiness, fell slightly short on originality with a basic batter — 6.9/10
The strips however boasted a homemade, thick, and crispy batter, setting them apart. I loved them — 8.9/10

SAUCES:
Flavouring the fried wings and strips. Among them, the Algerian and Korean stand out, earning 8.4/10 and 8.7/10, respectively.

DYNOBITES:
A revelation. Fresh juicy chicken bites coated in a special dynamite sauce, akin to dynamite prawns but with a delightful chicken twist —8/10

GRILLED CHICKEN:
Simple yet satisfying and done well, I was impressed with its juiciness — 8/10

ANGUS LOADED FRIES: It was tasty but what sets it apart is they really aced the ratio of all components needed for loaded fries, which most places struggle with — 8.2/10

KOREAN LOADED FRIES: Steals the show. A personal favourite, that showcases a noticeable departure from classic loaded fried chicken fries with it’s flavours! — 8.7/10

TEXAN FIREBIRD BURGER: Honestly I couldn’t taste the a Texan difference in this but it was still crispy an flavourful, nonetheless — 7.9/10

SMASHBURGER—Juicy beef with a perfect fat ratio, which resulted in a super tasty burger, definitely recommend — 8.5/10

In conclusion, this Leyton hidden gem offers upgraded fast food with a saucy twist, complete with sauce bottles conveniently placed on every table. So I would recommend it, I liked it.
