I had this issue since I had my new PC and didn't find a video straight forward enough or didn't have the right solution for me. It's been around 3 or 4 days and it hasn't reappeared, so this seems to do the trick. (I dont shutdown my pc frequently i mostly keep it on sleep mode) so there could be people out there that this does not work for them. Anyways i hoped this helped :D
