Satu Mare is a town located in northwestern Romania near the border with Hungary and not far from the border with Ukraine. I flew over the fire tower, then the Administrative Palace. When it was built, the Administrative Palace wanted to be the replica of the "skyscraper" that the former communist president Nicolae Ceausescu saw in the Dallas series.
