Lucas Andrews is assistant director of agronomy at TPC Sawgrass and he spoke to BIGGA about his life and career. It's a journey that has taken him from England's south coast to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where he is responsible for the hosting of The Players Championship each March.
BIGGA, John Deere and TPC Sawgrass Agronomy work together to provide a learning opportunity for BIGGA members that sees six members flown to Florida. While there they join the home greenkeeping team in preparing the Stadium Course for the hosting of the PGA Tour's flagship event.
