Quick and easy to make, this recipe is refreshing. That cake is close to a custard pie, except there’s no crust. It's better to eat cold after a night in the fridge. It’s nice for a snack or dessert. Lots of people like to add prunes in this cake. Next time give it a try!
Ingredients:
125g of all purpose flour (about 1 cup)
75 g of granulated sugar (about 1/2 cup)
2 eggs (120g)
A vanilla pod
500ml of whole milk (2 cups)
A few drops or 10cl of dark rum (optional)
