❤️ [Afterwork recap] Holaspirit organized an afterwork in Bern, Switzerland! With a phenomenal panel with great insights on psychological safety!

✅ Our first keynote was Serge Baertschi, Organizational Developer, at Schweizerische Post AG, he touched base on governance and its concrete experience with a connexion to psychological safety 🏆

✅ Our second speaker, Andrea Hofmann, Transformation Manager, at WKS KV Bildung. She discussed living psychological safety in the WKS Erfahrungswelt. Experiencing instead of understanding – that is the idea behind the WKS Erfahrungswelt. “We are experimenting with new ways of working together and are co-creating a ton of projects and having a lot of fun.”

✅ Our third panel, Astrid Blunschi Balmer, Transformation Consultant and People Coach, Baloise Group. She delved into the transformation of Baloise CEO Unit from a hierarchical / traditional organization into a circle organization with a hierarchy of purpose, Baloise has implemented several structural elements and formats to create psychological safety. Astrid showed us and reflected what was useful.
